Online Registrations run until July 1st, 2023. If you miss the deadline we will unfortunately not be able to take any additional players. This is based on PAL Insurance and Game Jersey Order. We do not want to ever have to turn down a player however we are mandated to put a deadline in place. Make sure you register early to meet the deadline.

The official football season starts the first week of September and normally runs through November right before thanksgiving. All teams will start practices no later than August 1st.
Right after teams are formed and rosters are finalized your coach will reach out to you and let you know when practices officially start. Practices will start right behind William Paca Middle School for the month of August. After it starts getting dark we move all practices to at the William Floyd Varsity Football Field located at the Lincoln Ave Sports Complex so we can use the lights.
Lynvet Colonials are part of a travel league. That means you will travel to different schools to play a game. Game days are Sundays however some teams will get the opportunity to play a night game on a Friday or Saturday night. This is not guaranteed for each team and is based on availability of night fields as well as who you play. Game times are subject to change each week.
The League will supply each player with the following gear: Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Game Jersey, and Game Pants. Parents are responsible for the following: Jock, Cleats, Mouth Piece, a Practice Jersey and Practice Pants. When it gets colder out we recommend parents buy the kids under armor pants and shirt or possibly gloves to keep warm. This will not be supplied by the league. Coaches will confirm what players should purchase once practices begin. The first few practices are usually not in full gear.
